How does the WhatsApp integration work?
Once connected, you can manage your fitness center directly through WhatsApp. Send commands like "Record payment ₹5000 for Rahul" and Etlas will process them automatically.
What NLP commands are supported?
Etlas understands natural language commands for payments, member lookups, subscription management, and more. You can use shortcuts like "pmt" for payment or even make typos - we'll understand!
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use enterprise-grade security including end-to-end encryption, secure AWS infrastructure, and role-based access controls. Your data is protected 24/7.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You can export your member data, payment records, and reports at any time from the web application.
What payment methods are supported?
Etlas supports recording cash payments, UPI, bank transfers, and card payments. We track all payment methods for your records.
How do I add staff members?
Go to Settings → Team in the web app. You can invite staff members with different permission levels (Admin, Staff, View-only).
Is there a mobile app?
The web app is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. Plus, you can use WhatsApp for quick operations on the go!
