3. Your Account

Who Can Sign Up

You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you're signing up for a business, make sure you have the authority to do so.

Keeping Your Account Safe

Your account security matters to us. Please:

• Keep your login details private
• Let us know right away if you notice anything suspicious
• Use a strong password (we know, everyone says this, but it really helps!)

4. Playing Fair

We trust you to use Etlas responsibly. This means:

5. Your Data Belongs to You

Ownership

The data you put into Etlas — your member info, payment records, everything — that's yours. We just need permission to use it to provide our services to you.

Your Responsibility

Since you're entering data about your members, please make sure:

• The information is accurate
• You have permission to store their details
• You're following data protection best practices

Export Anytime

Want to take your data elsewhere? No problem. You can export your data whenever you need to.

6. Pricing & Payments

How It Works

Some features require a paid subscription. We'll always be upfront about what costs what.

Changes

If we ever need to change our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice. No surprises.

Refunds

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're not happy, talk to us — we'll try to make it right.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with services like WhatsApp to make your life easier. These services have their own terms, and when you use them through Etlas, those terms apply too.

8. Our Stuff

The Etlas platform itself — the design, code, and features — that's our creation. Please don't copy or redistribute it. But hey, tell your friends about us! 😊

9. The Fine Print

Service Availability

We work hard to keep Etlas running smoothly, but sometimes things happen. We can't guarantee 100% uptime, though we always aim for it.

Liability

While we do our best to provide a reliable service, we can't be held responsible for indirect damages or losses. We know this sounds formal, but it's standard practice that helps us keep prices reasonable.

10. If Things Don't Work Out

We hope you'll be with us for the long haul, but if you ever need to leave:

• You can cancel your account anytime
• We'll give you 30 days to export your data
• No hard feelings — we wish you the best!

On our end, we might need to suspend accounts that violate these terms, but we'll always try to communicate and resolve issues first.

11. Updates to These Terms

As Etlas grows, these terms might need to evolve too. When we make changes:

• We'll notify you via email or in-app
• We'll highlight what's changed
• You'll have time to review before they take effect

12. Legal Bits

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes would be handled in Mumbai courts. But honestly, we'd much rather sort things out over a friendly conversation!
